Ingredients:
1 cup raw, whole, organic almonds coarsely chopped
-1/4 cup pasture-raised or cultured butter or coconut oil
-3T clover honey to taste
-1 tsp Vanilla
-1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions:
1.Whip butter/oil, honey, vanilla and sea salt in food processor.
2. Blend with chopped almonds.
3. Spread in parchment-lined 8×8″ baking dish.
4. Bake at 375 degrees until golden (about 20 minutes).
5. Let cool.
6. Cut into 9-12 squares.
